Request a facility

Gyms, fields, commons, the Den and more. Tell us what, when and who — the district office checks availability and the site gives final approval.

1 Who is requesting?

The district's rental classification sets the rate. School-sponsored use is free; other groups pay the Board-approved hourly rate for the facility (shown as you fill in the form).

2 Where and when

Not sure what is free? See the availability calendar.
When you need to get in.
When you will be out.
Same time each occurrence, up to 60 dates.

3 About the event

The district provides tables and chairs only. Technology (sound, projectors, microphones) and backdrops are not provided.
Staff members are responsible for setting up for their own events. Everyone is responsible for set up, tear down and clean up — sweeping, mopping spills and taking trash to the dumpster.

4 Who is requesting

Optional.
Outside groups must provide proof of liability insurance before using any facility (GK-R1). Attach it now if you have it, or send it to the district office before your date. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB.

5 Rules of use

Use of district property is governed by Board policy GK-R1, Use of School Property. The short version:

  • Applications at least one week in advance; routed to the site principal, athletic director or child nutrition director for availability.
  • School activities and maintenance needs take precedence — even after approval.
  • Outside groups provide proof of liability insurance before use; the group is responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Rental charges are paid at the district business office; checks payable to Noble Public Schools. Extra charges may apply for chair setup, lighting/AV, utilities, and custodial time outside normal hours.
  • A school employee must be on the grounds whenever outside groups use a facility. Functions close by midnight.
  • No food or drink without prior consent; no tobacco, alcohol, open flame, wall attachments, or black-soled/street shoes on gym floors; nothing that could puncture the wrestling mats.
  • Only district personnel operate building equipment; stage furniture and pianos stay put.
  • Rates follow the Board-approved Schedule of Fees (Dec 9, 2019): the Den gym and auditorium have a four-hour minimum, everything else two hours; field lights are $100; cleaning, technology, sound, lighting and security are extra. Any facility not on the schedule is unavailable for rental. The Board or Superintendent may waive charges in special circumstances.

Submitting is a request only — nothing is reserved until you receive an approval email.
